Dinamika Sistem Pendidikan di Inggris, Jerman, dan Belanda

This research aims to examine the education system implemented in the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands, so that it can provide a perspective for the development of a more flexible and inclusive education system. This study uses a literature study approach with a content analysis research method. Data were obtained from various sources of scientific literature in the form of books, journals, and types of scientific works relevant to the focus of the research. This research seeks to answer how the education system in each of these countries contributes to the quality of learning and academic mobility. The results show that the education system in the UK is oriented towards academic flexibility, Germany emphasizes vocational education through a dual system, while the Netherlands provides institutional freedom in the implementation of the curriculum. The findings of this study provide insight into the formulation of education policies that are more adaptive to changes and needs at the global level
